Refund and Cancellation Policy

All subscription fees are for immediate access to our directory platform and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified below. By subscribing, the client agrees to this non-refundable policy.

  • Self-Service: Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time directly through their Client Dashboard.
  • Service Continuation: When a subscriber cancels, their access and listing visibility will remain active until the last paid day of the current billing cycle (e.g., if a monthly subscription renews on the 1st and is canceled on the 15th, the listing remains live until the end of the month).
  • Refunds: No refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, will be issued upon cancellation.

We offer a flexible Pause feature to provide maximum value for your subscription fees and eliminate the need for confusing refunds.

  • Pausing Action: A subscriber may pause their subscription at any time via their Client Dashboard.
  • Day Guarantee: Upon pausing, the system immediately banks all remaining unused active days of the current subscription period.
  • Reactivation: When the subscriber chooses to reactivate the service, the subscription automatically resumes using the banked days, ensuring they receive the full time they paid for. Billing does not resume until all banked days have been used.
  • Minimum Paid Term: All new subscriptions are subject to a 60-day minimum active term (one paid month, one free promotional month).
  • Cancellation/Pause Restriction: Subscriptions are not eligible for cancellation or pausing during the first 30 calendar days after initial signup. This locks in the introductory offer and service commitment.

Refunds will only be issued at the sole discretion of dwai.com in the event of a technical failure or documented billing error traceable directly to our system that cannot be resolved through other means.
