    • Unauthorized Practice of Law (Consultants): Non-attorney consultant listings must explicitly and clearly state that they are not licensed attorneys and do not provide legal advice. Any language that suggests the unauthorized practice of law is strictly prohibited.
    • Hate Speech and Harassment: Content that is hateful, abusive, threatening, racially or ethnically objectionable, discriminatory, or promotes violence or illegal acts.
    • Spam and Malicious Code: Using the listing or the contact methods provided by dwai.com to distribute spam, unsolicited bulk messages, viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
    • Intellectual Property Infringement: Publishing any material protected by copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right without proper permission.

dwai.com maintains the absolute right to monitor all listings and enforce this AUP.

    • Immediate Suspension: dwai.com reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently remove any listing that, in our sole discretion, violates this AUP or poses a risk to other users or the Website’s integrity, without prior notice or refund.
    • Verification: All Subscriber data is subject to ongoing verification. Failure to provide requested documentation (e.g., bar status, business registration) may result in the listing being removed or permanently downgraded to “Inactive” status.

Subscribers are responsible for ensuring that their listings comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the territories where they offer services, including state bar advertising rules.
